Do everything in Love.

They share freely and give generously to those in need. Their good deeds will be remembered forever. They will have influence and honor.

Fifth Annual Self Awareness Appreciation Day

March 2024

Since 2018, We have offered a complimentary self-care day in March, acknowledging individuals carrying scars, coping with trauma, facing diseases, dealing with financial struggles, or lacking self-confidence. Engaging in self-care contributes to improved physical, mental, and emotional health. This year we added treat of brunch for the first time.

"I wanted to build a platform where helping someone is the norm. I want to elevate and push people to do one of the things God has called us to do on this earth and that's to help the needy and the poor."

Self-Awareness

Since 2019, Take My Hand has been offering free self-care makeovers each March to promote self-love and support mental health in our community. As people rebuild themselves from post-COVID challenges and other stressors, it’s only fitting to provide them with a day of renewal and refreshment to motivate their journey. Our theme this year is “You don’t look like what you’ve been through.” We are excited every year to bless these individuals with a day to feel worthy and confident.
