You don’t have to be diagnosed with a mental health problem to benefit from therapy. Many people in therapy seek help for everyday concerns: relationship problems, job stress, or self-doubt, for example. Others turn to therapy during difficult time or just to talk to someone. 

What is therapy is lit?

This program is to connect, educate and promote to individuals the importance of therapy in the African American communities and find a therapist that meet the needs of their special areas of focus.

Although the area focus is African American due to the stigma. We offer services to all races.

Did you know Under the Affordable Care Act,  all insurance plans must cover mental health care. This includes therapy. Regardless of your insurance or financial situation, we will connect you with payment plans so that nothing can stop you from getting the help you or your loved one needs. Without insurance cost is as low as $30 a session.

Therapists are professionally-trained listeners who can help you get to the root of your problems, overcome emotional challenges, and make positive changes in your life.

In an effort to stay engaged with our youth

We live in a world where you can be surrounded by people, but still feel lonely, with nobody to turn to when things get rough.Children struggle with feeling relevant, heard, and loved.

This program is made for the youth to express their feelings and progress to their therapist confidential. Ensuring they are progressing mentally, emotionally and physically through crisis, circumstances and display competence.

Therapy sessions can be conducted via messaging, live chats, phone calls, and video conferencing. Services can be accessed by smartphone, tablet, or computer. Phone calls may also be conducted on a landline.
 
Therapy costs range from around $40 to $70 per week, depending on the plan. But we will ensure services are free of charge.
